Notice to All Choir Parents:
Parents of CHS choir members are asked to pay an
annual administration fee of $45.00.
This fee will reduce the number of annual fundraising
activities by subsidizing the Choir Program Activity Fund, and provide you with
access to the following services:
- Frequent and ongoing communication regarding upcoming activities, important dates and choir achievements keeping you abreast of choral program iniatives and activities!
- A copy
of the annual Choir Directory listing all choir students and their parents
to stay in touch.
- Booster club membership and ongoing support of the choir program.
Please complete the information on the reverse side of
this form and return it with the payment of $45 (checks payable to CHS Choir
Boosters) and return as follows:

About the Choir Booster Organization…
- The
CHS Choir Boosters is a group of parent volunteers who are committed to
the organization’s stated mission “To support the
- Members volunteer at choir events, chaperone trips, organize and coordinate student fund raising activities, raise money for capital purchases for the choir room to enhance the choral experience and grant university scholarships to selected graduating seniors.
- Volunteering allows you to spend more time with your teenage children who are always on the go!

- Join us for the New Directors Reception Thursday, August 21st from 6-8 pm in the CHS choir room.
- Attend the first choir parent meeting for the school year on Tuesday, September 2nd at 7pm in the CHS choir room to answer any questions you may have about the choir program.
